For 6 servings:
10 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons flour
10 tablespoons milk
3 eggs
9 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried yeast
2 apples
2 pears
1 tablespoon rum
liquid caramel

Beat the eggs and mix in the sugar

Add the flour and the yeast.

Bring the milk to the boil and add it to the mixture. Mix in the melted butter, followed by the rum.

Peel the apples and pears and cut them into slices before adding them to the rest of the mixture.

Cook in an oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C/ 350° F.
When it is cooked, trickle over the liquid caramel.
