For 6 servings:
  •   ½ green cabbage
  •   3 leeks
  •   1 stick celery
  •   2 carrots
  •   6 tomatoes
  •   3 onions
  •   3 peppers
  •   1 turnip
  •   3 garlic cloves
  •   1 herb bouquet
  •   1 potato
  •   salt
  •   pepper

      Diet soup
    1. 1     Prepare and finely chop all the ingredients.
    2. 2     Put all the ingredients into a large stewpot, cover with water and season with pepper. Cover and cook for approximately one and a half hours.
    3. 3     After 90 minutes, remove from the heat and blend the soup in a food processor for about 2 minutes and season with a little salt.
    Finishing touches... Serve as a light snack, hot or cold.
