For 4 servings:
1 package of puff pastry
5 to 7 apples
brown sugar
lemon juice
butter

Preheat the oven to 165°C/330°F.

Cut the apples into thin slices. With a pastry cutter, cut out rounds from the pastry to the desired size. Lay the apple in a spiral shape on top of the puff pastry.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and a drop of lemon juice. Top with a few knobs of butter.

Cover a baking tray with a sheet of wax paper and arrange the tartlets on the tray. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
