For 6 servings:
2 cups mascarpone cheese
4 eggs
1 package ladyfingers
warm chocolate milk
1/3 cup white sugar
cocoa powder

Mix together the mascarpone with the sugar and add the egg yolks.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently stir them into the egg, sugar and mascarpone mixture.

Dip the ladyfingers in the chocolate milk and place them on the bottom and around the sides of a cake pan.

Cover with a layer of mascarpone.
Continue to alternate between a layer of ladyfingers and a layer of mascarpone, making sure you finish with a layer of mascarpone.

Finishing touches...
Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder over the top of the tiramisu. |
