For 4 servings:
  •   1 lb chinese noodles
  •   2 garlic cloves
  •   2 bell peppers (1 green and 1 red)
  •   2 medium sized onions
  •   4 chicken breasts
  •   2 small ripe tomatoes
  •   paprika
  •   a drop of olive oil
  •   salt and pepper

    1. 1     Cut the chicken into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    2. 2     Heat a drop of oil in a wok for a few seconds before adding the garlic and the chicken. When the meat is almost cooked, add a pinch of paprika. When the meat is brown, remove from heat and put to one side.
    3. 3     Cook the vegetables in the meat juice and cover. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. While the vegetables are simmering, cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
    4. 4     When the vegetables are cooked, remove from the pan. Put the noodles in the pan to brown them, add the meat and finally the vegetables. Season and serve immediately.
