For 2 servings:
  •   2 tablespoons butter
  •   ¼ cup baking chocolate
  •   2 squares milk chocolate
  •   2 squares dark chocolate
  •   1 tablespoon flour
  •   1 large egg
  •   3 tablespoons granulated sugar

    1. 1     Preheat the oven to 200°C/400° F/gas mark 7.
    2. 2     Whisk together the egg and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
    3. 3     Melt the chocolate, add the butter and mix until smooth. Stir in the egg, sugar and flour mixture until it is fully combined.
    4. 4     Grease two ramekins and pour a little mixture into each one. Place two squares of chocolate, one dark chocolate, one milk chocolate, on the top of each ramekin. Spoon over the rest of the mixture.
    5. 5     Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes, depending on the type of oven. Cook until crisp on top but runny inside. Serve immediately.
    Finishing touches... Don’t wait until they cool, otherwise they will be cooked through.
