For 2 servings:
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup baking chocolate
2 squares milk chocolate
2 squares dark chocolate
1 tablespoon flour
1 large egg
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400° F/gas mark 7.

Whisk together the egg and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

Melt the chocolate, add the butter and mix until smooth. Stir in the egg, sugar and flour mixture until it is fully combined.

Grease two ramekins and pour a little mixture into each one. Place two squares of chocolate, one dark chocolate, one milk chocolate, on the top of each ramekin. Spoon over the rest of the mixture.

Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes, depending on the type of oven. Cook until crisp on top but runny inside. Serve immediately.
