For 6 servings:
  •   7 oz sliced pineapple
  •   ½ cup flour
  •   7 tablespoons sugar
  •   4 eggs
  •   1 ½ cup milk
  •   2 ½ tablespoons butter
  •   1 pinch unrefined salt
  •   2 tablespoons rum

    • Preparation

    1. 1     Preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs and add the sugar, flour, butter, milk, salt and rum.
    2. Tropical clafoutis
    3. 2     Lay the pineapple slices in individual ramekins or on a single dish. Pour over the mixture and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
    Finishing touches... If you use salted butter, you will not need to add the unrefined salt.
