For 6 servings:
7 oz sliced pineapple
½ cup flour
7 tablespoons sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
2 ½ tablespoons butter
1 pinch unrefined salt
2 tablespoons rum

Preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs and add the sugar, flour, butter, milk, salt and rum.

Lay the pineapple slices in individual ramekins or on a single dish. Pour over the mixture and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.

Finishing touches...
If you use salted butter, you will not need to add the unrefined salt. |
