For 5 servings:
  •   1 cup baking chocolate
  •   7 tablespoons butter
  •   7 tablespoons sugar
  •   3 eggs
  •   1 tablespoon flour
  •   3 tablespoons crème fraiche/heavy cream
  •   ¼ cup shredded coconut
  •   5 squares of coconut flavored white chocolate

    • Preparation

    1. 1     Melt the chocolate over a saucepan or in the microwave.
    2. 2     Remove from heat, add the egg yolks, flour, cream, sugar and shredded coconut.
    3. 3     Beat the egg whites to form stiff peaks and add them to the mixture.
    4. 4     Half fill the individual cake cups with the mixture. Place a square of white chocolate on top of each one and pour over the other half of the mixture. Cook at 230°C/450°F for 20 minutes.
    Finishing touches... Turn out while still hot and serve with custard or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
