For 4 servings:
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
4 large ripe chopped tomatoes
¾ cup thinly sliced mozzarella
4 artichoke hearts (canned)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ pepperoni
8 pitted black olives
1 sprig fresh oregano, chopped
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 240ºC/460°F. Roll out the pastry base and place it on a floured oven tray.

Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them into halves. Slice the olives.

Brush the surface of the pastry with a tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle over the chopped
tomatoes and the olives. Cover with mozzarella slices and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the artichokes and pepperoni evenly over the top. Sprinkle with oregano and pour over
the remaining olive oil.
