The sports bar is in the centre of the picturesque town of Confolens opposite the Marie, and next to the Halles. In the summer months there is ample seating and relaxing area outside which is good for people watching especially on Market days (the monthly main Market being on the 12th of each month). The food is good with a good value daily menu, plus a limited but nice alacarte which include the usual steak and chips, quiche, crocque madame etc. The bar is closed all day on Monday. The bar offers the best coffee for miles around (petit creme) and has the best barista called Damien. The host Severine and Olivier are always welcoming (Severine speaks excellent English)' and they even have a in house artist who works there every day and has a small gallery of her pictures which can be purchased at reasonal prices.
